Lisa and Khai had such a cute wedding from beginning to end. The beginning was a great indicator of what type of day we would have. We began in Pasadena as the girls got ready:

Some detailed photos of the rings and invite:
Lisa is all ready and ready to get married!
We then headed over to Caltech’s campus in Pasadena for some portraits. Good thing we had a permit to shoot because as soon as we stepped foot out of our car, a security drove right up to us asking for our permit. They’re quick!
I love this next portrait!
I also love this next photo. It’s so nostalgic to me. My aunt actually has a very similar photo like this from her wedding over 25 years ago.
Then we left Los Angeles and drove down to Newport Beach to board a 3 deck yacht for their ceremony & reception! It was so beautiful. Lisa had to hideout while they boarded all her guest on the yacht, so that gave me some alone time with her. I love the anticipation in the bridal room.
Mean while on the upper deck… I love this little boy waiting in the aisle:
Bridesmaid walking down the aisle. Wasn’t the sky just perfect that day?! Perfect sky for a perfect day!
Gorgeous backdrop for the alter, isn’t it?
husband + wife:
I love these large, candid, group photos we’ve been doing them. I have started to call them “Roll Call”. These have been taken during the recessional. I love the candid/fun spin this puts to group photos.
I love their “Message in a bottle” favors that also doubled as bells/noisemakers during the reception.
Chicken or Fish? Isn’t it the cutest?
I wish you two much happiness and love in this next journey together. Congrats on a beautiful wedding!
