about the artist

I've always loved telling stories, but never enjoyed writing. When I
found photography, it was the perfect medium for me to express myself. With each shoot, I unveil the unique stories of
my subjects, and tell them with beautiful imagery. People often tell me
that they feel like they know my clients just from reading my blog.

They say photographs are the only tangible memories after a wedding,
which means that my perspective is how you will remember your big day. With that in mind, I have to capture the details (big and
small) in the most beautiful light. I want you to laugh and cry (tears
of joy, of course) when you look at your photos. Whether it's your wedding day or your babies growing up, time goes
by so fast, so it's
my job to document your story... beautifully.

I am based in Los Angeles, but love to travel.

Destination weddings are most certainly welcomed!

In order to give each client my full creative energy, I only take a limited number of weddings a year. (aka I book up fast and don't offer discounts.)

Spending an afternoon with Story makes me want one of my own! The fun reactions, curiosity, pudge… I just want to squish hug her! We had a fun filled day with pumpkins & balloons. Story was born near Halloween, so it was fitting to do her one year shoot in a pumpkin patch!

Turns out, Story really likes hay.

I love her little expressions! And who can resist fish lips!

This is what happens behind the scenes… Sometimes it works, and sometimes not…

But Jonathan realized that she loves the hay, so he made it rain hay. She was so giddy and excited!

The Lim family… The cats not out of the bag yet, so I won’t say, but this would make a great announcement, wouldn’t it?

I love this candid moment I got of mommy and Story. Too precious!

And then some balloon fun!

Story learning already that the sky’s the limit.

Look how proud she is of herself! Too adorable!

Oh Story, all the places you will go!

Story is so lucky to have such great and nurturing parents.

Story, you are growing up so fast! I can’t wait to photograph your first birthday in 2 weeks!
