I’ve fallen behind with blogging! I’m playing catch up since my return from Whistler so things are all a little out of routine at the moment. Whistler was AMAZING, btw – I’ll have to blog about that soon!
You may remember Cindy & Andy from their two part engagement photos. It was so emotional and special for me to have been part of their big day, especially since I’ve known Cindy for over 15 years now (back story here). It’s amazing to see her go from a little 12 year old girl to a beautiful woman who has found genuine true love. Cindy and Andy could not be anymore perfect for each other! They love each other so much that they declared it 3 times! Last year, they had their civil ceremony. Then in August, they had a Chinese wedding for their families. And now, this is their party! It is my first friends-only wedding and it was SO much fun!
Cindy had 2 garters – the one with the bow is to throw and the one with their initials is to keep.
Cindy had her invitations in these beautiful silver Thai silk boxes. She ordered the boxes directly from Thailand, and assembled everything else herself!
All ready to go!! I love the excitement in her face!
Before Cindy headed out, she tucked her their two children, Monkey-bear and Andy-bear. If you squeeze Andy-bear’s hand, it says, “Love, will you marry me?” *melts!*
The beautiful girls in their plum dresses.
All the guys sported matching Nike Dunks with purple accents!
Then we headed for the beautiful Calamigos Equestrian in Burbank for their ceremony.
Sunset at The Little White House.
Customized water bottles and programs were set up while we took couple photos.
The beautiful ceremony site. Aquafuzion did a fabulous job coordinating this day and beautiful work on the flowers/decor.
An emotional exchange of vows.
Just married!
Check out Andy’s surprise wedding gift – a Lexus!
Escort cards were placed in custom toasting flutes. And the perfect heart shaped cookies for their Valentine’s wedding!
The room was filled with lavender uplights. Uplights not only create such great ambiance, but also provide wonderful lighting for photography. Each centerpiece also had pinspots to make them pop. Check out the gorgeous centerpieces! I love the pair of tulips in the vases!
Alternating lavender and purple napkins with the matching menu cards.
Guest loved the photobooth and scrapbooking station provided by Your Photobooths.
First dance and toast.
Custom matchboxes and cocktail napkins.
Their beautiful red velvet cake. Cindy did a great job feeding Andy.
And a big group shot of everyone who came to celebrate their wedding! I’ll end their story here because after this shot, the rest of the night was filled with 151 shots. Crazy partiers!
