about the artist

I've always loved telling stories, but never enjoyed writing. When I
found photography, it was the perfect medium for me to express myself. With each shoot, I unveil the unique stories of
my subjects, and tell them with beautiful imagery. People often tell me
that they feel like they know my clients just from reading my blog.

They say photographs are the only tangible memories after a wedding,
which means that my perspective is how you will remember your big day.  With that in mind, I have to capture the details (big and
small) in the most beautiful light. I want you to laugh and cry (tears
of joy, of course) when you look at your photos. Whether it's your wedding day or your babies growing up, time goes
by so fast, so it's
my job to document your story... beautifully.

I am based in Los Angeles, but love to travel.

Destination weddings are most certainly welcomed!

In order to give each client my full creative energy, I only take a limited number of weddings a year. (aka I book up fast and don't offer discounts.)

a cute propsoal

Greetings from Singapore!  The weather here is warm and humid, but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be!  It’s beautiful at night and the food here is divine!  I’m on and off the computer, so I will respond to emails when I have more time to sit down, but for now, I wanted to sneak in a cute blog post.

Last summer, Eric approached me about his plans to propose to Sarah.  I still remember his excitement… and nervousness!  It was so cute.  They were taking a trip to Korea to meet the parents, and it was there where he wanted to propose.  The plan was to take her on a hike to watch the sunrise, and propose at the top of the mountain during sunrise.  He just now needed a way to propose.  Together, we came up with the idea of making her a story book.  He wrote the story, his sister illustrated, and I helped put it together into a coffee table book.

The hike ended up playing out exactly like this book – rainy, hot, spooky…  It couldn’t have been more perfect!  So what was the question that Eric asked Sarah?  I’m sure that’s obvious, but how did she respond??  I can’t believe this was a year ago already.  Stay tuned in the next week for an update of them one year later!!
