Can baby Kayla get any cuter? I thought I’d change it up today and do a baby post instead. I headed down to their home in Irvine 6 days after Kayla was born. Mom and Dad looked so cool – I forgot they just had a baby 6 days ago!

What a gorgeous newborn session. Terrific work!! I only wish you had posted this about 3 weeks ago when I did a newborn session and the mom wanted to use these adorable vintage blocks in the photos. I just couldn’t figure out how to make them look good!! Now that I’ve seen these I’m kicking myself and want a do-over. I LOVE the way you put the blocks on the baby’s back. It’s SO cute!!! Thanks for the inspiration Caroline! (btw – Could I use any more exclamation marks?!!!)
