Caroline Tran Photographer – Los Angeles Wedding Photography bio picture

about the artist

I've always loved telling stories, but never enjoyed writing. When I
found photography, it was the perfect medium for me to express myself. With each shoot, I unveil the unique stories of
my subjects, and tell them with beautiful imagery. People often tell me
that they feel like they know my clients just from reading my blog.

They say photographs are the only tangible memories after a wedding,
which means that my perspective is how you will remember your big day.  With that in mind, I have to capture the details (big and
small) in the most beautiful light. I want you to laugh and cry (tears
of joy, of course) when you look at your photos. Whether it's your wedding day or your babies growing up, time goes
by so fast, so it's
my job to document your story... beautifully.

I am based in Los Angeles, but love to travel.

Destination weddings are most certainly welcomed!

In order to give each client my full creative energy, I only take a limited number of weddings a year. (aka I book up fast and don't offer discounts.)

Greetings from Whistler!  Before I hit the slopes, I wanted to share with you an awesome session stylized by Jen of Green Wedding ShoesGreen Wedding Shoes is one of my all time favorite wedding blogs.  Jen has amazing taste and shares the most wonderful inspirations.  We got the ball rolling at the end of summer and shot this past fall, right at their one year anniversary!  What a great way to celebrate!  Jen is an amazing stylist!  We came up with a look and Jen stylized the entire thing.  I love the outfits and props she put together!  Many people don’t realize it, but a lot of thought and planning goes into a shoot!  If you haven’t, go to Green Wedding Shoes to read all about how she put this session together.   She is amazing!

Jen is now going into photo styling, and she is totally perfect for it.  I love the book Jen put together and the bouquet.

I love that vintage camera and I love the follow photo of them.  They’re laughing because they see tiny me through the camera.

Jason started taking pictures of Jen and he was a natural!  We totally cracked up when he started to imitate me!
