Tanya and Oscar went to the same high school, but didn’t discover their chemistry until years later. According to Tanya, Oscar was one of the jocks, and Tanya was one of the nerds. Although their social circles didn’t mix in high school, good thing they reconnected down the line. They are one of the most beautiful couples I’ve met and their wedding was just as beautiful as they are. They infused their Mexican heritage perfectly into their wedding.
They had their ceremony at the old mission church. so much charm!
And I love seeing how couples use their engagement photos:
The LA river & gardens was the perfect setting for their elegant fiesta!
The Papel Picado motif tied in the theme perfectly and so cutely! Stationary was done by the talented Jaime, who also runs Raggedy Threads.
Custom shot classes & tequila from Mexico:
Personalized Papel Picado:
A candy bar full of Mexican candies:
This was my meal… yes, a whole lobster tail!
And I love this moment between Tanya & her father:
Big congrats to Tanya & Oscar on a beautiful marriage & wedding day!
