los angeles styled engagement photography

Susan & Jade submitted their photos and totally surprised me with a feature on Ruffled last week!  We worked with Lovely Jubilee and Found to create an engagement session that told their story. That bear was the first gift Jade gave to Susan. Congrats to these two love birds!  Cannot wait for their wedding later this year with […]

Photojournalism is definitely a caring profession. Without right motivation it’s not actually possible to acquire your goal in this field. It is actually directly connected with third eye, this is the reason it is simply not an easy task.

What will you do with your wedding dress after your wedding?  With just a little planning, you can have a gorgeous ENCORE session.  It’s a great opportunity to get dressed up again and celebrate.  Perhaps you can go somewhere you didn’t have time on your wedding day to go, or you just didn’t get to […]

hollywood hills engagement photos

I honestly could’ve shot in this gorgeous Hollywood Hills home all day.  The architecture is amazing and the light… oh the light!  All that plus this super cute couple made this a heavenly shoot for me. I love photos that not only documents a couple’s glamorous side, but also their relaxed side as they lounge around. Speaking […]

Simply beautiful….but did the architect who designed and build the house for his wife end up getting a divorce and that is why they sold the house, no? I hope the new owners have better luck with love!

beach wedding photos | encore

Annie & Don got married at a resort on the beach, but didn’t have time to take pictures down on the sand.  Since I wasn’t available for their wedding, this was the perfect opportunity to get some portraits taken together on the beach.  With encore sessions, there are no constraints on time and you don’t have to […]

Aww thank you Caroline! Our wedding was a destination one and we really wanted to focus on our guests that travelled just for us.I find this to be a difficult balance, either your spending time taking photos or time with your guests, so something will get compromised. So this was a great, great way to have that alone time on the sand with my love bc we enjoyed our guests thoroughly! The tide on our day was just not cooperating so you filled a huge huge void for us for photos on the sand… So many friends had shared that they had WISHED they had more time for portraits with their photographer. So after the wedding, I am so glad we did this because it COMPLETELY worth it. It was way more relaxing and easy…I think there ain’t nothing wrong putting on those special clothes again ladies and gents and have pictures you will treasure no matter how long ago your wedding was. I also like how you called it an “encore” session vs a “trash the dress” session. Very well thought out. We couldn’t be happier.
